   We were at Louie’s Backyard at night — not even 2 AM yet — when security from this company entered the women’s restroom, demanding everyone leave immediately. They were physically grabbing people and acting aggressively. One guard in particular was beyond rude and completely out of control. When we calmly asked for his name to report him, he arrogantly replied, “None of ya,” refusing to identify himself. What’s worse is that he elbowed multiple women, even after we had already exited the bar, and kept provoking us, yelling at us to “leave” even though we were already outside. His aggression didn’t stop until the police arrived — only then did he back off. He continued to push us toward the stairs, and several of us nearly fell because of how forceful and careless he was. This behavior wasn’t just unprofessional — it was dangerous. It’s incredibly disappointing and alarming to see a security company hire someone who behaves this way. Security should never make you feel unsafe, yet this man was the biggest threat of the night. Based on what we experienced, it’s clear this company doesn’t hire based on values, integrity, or even basic decency. No one should be treated the way we were — especially not by someone who’s supposed to protect others.
