   I have personally witnessed Xavier Carter's repeated false promises to at least one licensed level 3 officer to pay him for duties performed at ft worth stockyards during MLB's draft event, this appears to be a norm for things company, warning to any and all what may be seeking employment, do not hire in here for Xavier Carter will do same to you. Having to seek state and federal help just to get paid and it's below $750.00, really shows what kind of person runs this company!
