These people are the worst, scheduled me for an interview, I got there 5 minutes early and was having a hard time locating them, I finally found them and the door was locked. I called the guy who scheduled the interview (Cody) and he was surprised that no one was at there office, he advised me that he was going to call the guy who was supposed to interview me, then I didn’t hear back and called again. Then I got a text saying I’m late for interview and won’t be hired. I think I dodged a bullet with these disgruntled people, they kept doing some sketchy stuff with indeed hiring where it looks like they didn’t hire off indeed as not to pay indeed. Shady people, beware while dealing with them, see the photos for evidence and decide for yourself.

I have worked for Tx2 Security as a full time employee for about four years. I am still an independent contractor with them now. I started security guard work after attending TCTA in Pflugerville to get my guard license. I did work as L2 until my commissioned pocket card arrived, L3 for the most part, some interesting L4 work and started my PI license there as well. I attended police academy full time while working full time, as well. If you want to be a cop, join Tx2 Security to learn how to be a great security guard and set an amazing foundation to being a cop by training under David and Cody. With their careers in DPS as State Troopers, you can absolutely learn a LOT from them. I most certainly did and I am definitely not the only one. If you don't want to be a cop and you are really just are there for a paycheck, just understand you will work harder there than any other security guard company. It was demanding but most definitely worth it for me. This guard company operates just like law enforcement in many, many ways. Tx2 is not a "just observe and report" type of company - expect to be responsible for full blown arrests whenever appropriate. I had all kinds. Many of their staff go into law enforcement or have entered security upon departing LE. This is the place to be if you have a calling to protect people.
